Gauge: lower than 1 mm

Conservation: 12 months in the packing of origin < 18 C and with H.R. < to 50%

MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

This powder is entirely carried out starting from natural ingredients. Product obtained by crushing of hard nougat and sifting.

USE:

It can be employed like ingredient in dairy ice creams, the sorbets, pastry making or dessert.
